Tanya is really great! She was easy to get ahold of and work with for a weekend appt just days before. She was flexible... and super helpful as I am wheelchair bound. She kept me informed while my Penny was at the vet and when the docs came in. She offered to do FaceTime during the appt but I opted into just talking to the doc at the end. She made sure I got the requested information I needed for her prescriptions and brought Penny home safe and sound! She was professional and very friendly and I highly recommend her services!
